Check-In/Check-out Time
The reception is open every day from 8.00am to 2.00pm.
You can arrive at this time and leave your bags in the structure if the room is not ready yet.
Check in time is from 2pm to 10.30pm.
After midnight we can no longer accommodate.
In any case, the arrival time must be communicated as soon as possible to try to best organize your welcome as there is no 24-hour reception and arrivals must be strictly agreed with the structure via messaging or the structure's telephone numbers.
In some cases, Self check-in may be carried out.
The rates showed are per person or per room?
The rates showed in our web site are per room per night.
Do I have to pay a deposit at the moment of the reservation?
At the moment of the reservation we’ll ask you a guarantee that can be the credit card details or a bank transfer of the amount of the 1st night.
You’ll pay for your stay at the check-in.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we do, We accept Visa and MasterCard
Do you have an internet connection?
Yes, there’s a Wi-Fi connection free of charge, you’ll find the password in the room.
Is there a deposit for bags?
Yes, there’s. You can store your bags the check-in day and the check-out day free of charge.
Are you particular times to come back in the evening?
No there aren’t. At the check-in we’ll give you the keys to go in and out without problems of time.
Where can I park my car?
La Stella d'Oro is located in the city center of Florence in a limited traffic area (Ztl) for this reason we suggest you to reach parking “Autorimessa Luna” in Via Panicale 41R outside the ZTL area and park the car before you reach us in our building located 2 minutes by walk far from the parking.
The garage costs between 30 and 35 Euro (depending the size of the car) for 24h.

What the room rate includes?
- Overnight stay

City tax of Euro 6,00 per person per night is not included in the room rate and will be pay in cash at the Reception.
Are dogs/pets allowed?
We are sorry but unfortunately we do not accept pets in our B&B.
Can I smoke in the room?
No you can’t, all our rooms are no smoking.
Does my 3 years old child pay for the stay?
All the children under 3 years old are free of charge. It’s possible to add a baby cot in the room free of charge and upon request.
How can I cancel my reservation?
Cancellations and any type of booking modification are free for Standard Rate bookings and must be sent by email to info@lastelladorofirenze.com before 3 days from the arrival date.
It is not possible to cancel or modify the reservation during the 3 days before the arrival date or after check-in or if obviously the Not Refundable Rate has been chosen.
In case of No Show the penalty is the entire amount of the stay.
